Hi Hoai,

I just wanted to write to you and thank you again for all you did for us on our recent trip. From start to finish we could not have asked for more from you and your company. Everything was so well organised and we were so well looked after by your wonderful guides and yourself. Thank you for taking the time to meet us at your office and for the lovely morning tea .Also for keeping in touch throughout our trip to keep us informed and help with flight checkin etc.

The trip had a great variety of places to visit and activities that we participated in.  We learnt so much about Vietnam and had fun with pottery, boat rides, cooking, bike riding and the many other things we did. The hotels were all in great locations, which made it easy for us to get around which ever city we were staying in.

The guides were very friendly and very knowledgeable and we had fun with all of them. A special mention goes to Sonny (North) and Thoai (South) for their professionalism, flexibility and the special care they took of us.

We did a review at the start of the trip but will leave another one now the trip is over. My(Kelly) review will come up as Kelmac as that is my google account. We will definitely be recommending your company to others.
