Hi Chi
Thank you for your email.
I’m sorry for the delay in responding. Work has been extremely busy (they did not finish several things that should have been done while I was away) and the weekends are just not long enough to catch up with people (and do the house work).
Firstly I want to thank you for organising a great tour for me at short notice. As you know I only had a week to organise it (you can tell your boss I chose your company because of the quick response and the quality of the information you provided)
I really enjoyed my time in your country and the level of support from you and your colleagues made it a very relaxing holiday.
I also appreciated your help in having someone meet me at the airport when I was leaving as I’d probably missed my flight without that assistance. It was unfortunate that the driver turned up and was told I was not at the hotel; and I should have called you earlier (I thought the airport was a lot closer!) These things happened and you handled it in a very professional way. Again thank you.
Now that I have done the tour, I’d strongly recommend a minimum of 2 nights at Ha Long Bay. The 1 night stop is in fact only 22 hours as they need to turn the boat around each day, and it is simply too rushed when it is a very beautiful and unique place. Most people on the boat felt the same way and wished they could stay longer.
Thank you for joining me for dinner. I really enjoyed your company and it was good to see a more local part of Viet Nam. It was the best meal I had.
I wish you every success with your job. Your boss is very lucky to have you!
All the best.
Max
