Good morning Miss Kim and thank you deeply for a phenomenal, fun, relaxing, detail-oriented, well -thought -out, adventurous, cultural, educational, eye-opening tour. The trip gives us food for thought. Amidst the flurry of activity, the tour ticked like clockwork.

The people we interacted with on the streets, in restaurants, in hotels and your staff were warm, friendly, smiling, genuine, happy and industrious. Come  heat, rain, cold or high water, the people meet the day ready for work.  Vietnam can teach the world many lessons; we can see that all are raised to be enterprising. Visiting the three countries made an indelible impression on us.

Ending on a tranquil note in Laos helped us reflect on the natural beauty, the monuments, the people and our good fortune to be able to be spectators of these ancient lands and cultures. The crème de la crème on a “magnificent”18 day  tailor-made voyage for me was seeing my cousins again and finally meeting you in person! TONI HELDMAN
