Our experience with VivuTravel started over two years ago when enquiring about our long-planned trip to Vietnam. From the very beginning Kim Dung was so friendly and helpful and made our planning experience a pleasure. With Kim's help we were able to plan the trip we wanted and she was so patient and obliging when we needed to postpone the trip for a while and change some of our plans. I felt her patience in this situation was a real stand-out for the company.

After finally making it to Vietnam and Cambodia our experience with VivuTravel was faultless. All our airport pickups, transfers and internal flights were extremely well organised, and the hotels organised through the company matched their description and were extremely comfortable and accommodating.

One of the stand-out aspects of Vivu however were their guides. In every place we travelled in Vietnam and Cambodia our guides were excellent; knowledgeable, friendly and spoke very good English. We would highly recommend all our guides (Lohn in Siem Reap, Huang in Hoi An, Trung in Hanoi and Lam in Sapa).

I could not recommend Vivutravel highly enough and thank them for the best holiday I have ever been on :)
