Hoai was excellent with answering alot of my questions that same evening. I was very close to going with another agency, but Hoai's expertise and professionalism sold it for me. They welcomed us with refreshing fruits in their office after a long ride back from Halong Bay.

Everything was excellent from the Hotel stays to the Tam Coc boat rides, the Halong Bay experience, the comfortable bus that held all 12 of us. Our tour guide, Quang, was excellent as well. He was very knowledgeable, punctual and took care of us every day we were with him. Will definitely recommend VivuTravel. Great job Hoai and Quang!!!
