As promised, I will update you on our trip to Halong Bay but first I would like to thank you and everyone at Vivutravel for the wonderful greetings and welcome to your office. We would all like to thank you for the wonderful gift and the postcards from Vietnam.

Our trip to Halong Bay and on the Paradise Peak boat was truly relaxing and a wonderful experience, we would all highly recommend the Paradise Peak and their exceptional staff.

Our premium suite was well maintained with an extremely comfortable bed, the food was everything you would expect from a five star experience, Alexis, who looked after us went above and beyond our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend this boat to friends.

We would one again like to thank you for all your hard work putting together our trip which was very well coordinated, we have wonderful memories and fabulous photos from Phnom Penh to Halong Bay, we would like to give a special mention to Sa Em Sorn, our guide in Phnom Penh and Bun Lem in Siem Reap and to Mr Phuc our guide to Ban na Hills and Hue, all of these guides were highly professional, friendly and knowledgeable, without these experts, the trip would not have been so informative and enjoyable, for us, they have made the memories we bring back to the UK with.

Just to reiterate on the Sunrise Hotel, it was certainly not a five star hotel, we would not recommend this to any your clients or anyone planning a trip to Hoi An.

The Sofitel and The Residence, were fabulous and truly five star.
