This is the second occasion that we have used Vivu Travel, the first being 2 years ago to Vietnam and Cambodia. We were so impressed with the service and reliability that we used them again to arrange a 9 day trip to Laos. This is a much smaller, poorer country but the hotels and guides that were chosen were excellent. In fact I would go far as to say that we had one of the best guides ever (called Joy) who travelled with us for 6 of the days. He had such a lovely personality and so knowledgeable, a pleasure to be with. It's always a concern when you are travelling for days with one guide.

The itinerary was well thought through, Kim Dung was efficient as always and the cost very competitive. I compared the cost to some other quotes from UK agencies and it was roughly 25 percent cheaper. You get a very personalised service from VIVU, they make you feel important and special and they are very reliable. It's a shame they don't arrange trips to all worldwide destinations! But meanwhile do go to Laos, the country and people are just beautiful, so friendly and they desperately need our tourism.
