Hi Lan,

Finally home and settling back into normal life. Again, thanks for everything.  Following is the review I posted on Trip Advisor.

Thanks to Lan and the entire Vivu Travel team for making our Vietnam holiday one of the most memorable trips we have ever taken.  Our trip was a private tour for my wife and myself that included multiple drivers and two tour guides.  

In the past I've always researched and made all our own travel arrangements; but this time I choose to put my trust in Lan and Vivu Travel.  And boy, they went above and beyond my expectations!  Lan handled all our travel needs from visas, domestic flights, accommodations and activities.  The best part was I was able to seat back and be looked after!  No driving, no getting lost or stressed!  

The team was very flexible in making changes to our daily activities as our trip went along.  The assistance the guides provided at the airport for arrival and departure was priceless as they handled everything up until we reached the departure gates/security check.

We had two different guides on our trip, Hung (while in Hanoi) and Peter (while in Hoi An).  Both were very professional and would recommend either.  I would like to make a special thank you to Hung.  Not only was Hung entertaining with his jokes and always smiling, his  knowledge of Vietnamese history was really appreciated.
