We did a lot of research before settling on Vivu Travel for our trip to Vietnam and what a good decision it was. Reading through their website, they did everything they claimed to do. We were sent a preliminary itinerary which was good, but l wanted to include some more things regarding the Vietnam war, this was done by return. As soon as we landed in Hanoi things went like clockwork, our guide and car were waiting, as they were at our other two destinations. All three guides spoke decent English and were very knowledgeable. The hotels were all good and centrally located. We had a fantastic trip and thank Ms Trang for all her help.
