Today in the age of the Internet everybody thinks it's easy to find a travel agency. That is true, but it's not easy to find a good one! We got lucky because Vivu Travel proved to be a great choice. Very professional, trustworthy, responding to all emails immediately, and most of all, flexible! They organized a fantastic Vietnam tour for us. The hotels and buses were super, and we also received many small "bonuses:" boat rides, an extra meal here and there... etc. At the end of the trip we were relaxing in Nha Trang when one of our group members lost her passport. We got every help possible from the hotel, but I'd also like to say special thanks to Kim Dung at Vivu Travel who immediately offered her assistance to get the new documents. She also helped rebook our group member's plane ticket and accommodations in Saigon. Many thanks to Vivu Travel for everything and to Miss Kim. I'm only giving 5 stars....because I can't give more! :-) Greetings from Budapest!
