I booked our trip through Vivutravel after reading the postitive reviews on tripadvisor. i was dealing with Ms Ngoc and all emails were answered promptly and our trip was sorted quickly. All tour guides spoke good English and could answer all questions we asked them . tour cars / vans again were to a good level and we felt safe at all times as driving in Vietnam is not for the faint hearted . Overall i feel that Vivutravel made our Vietnam tour very enjoyable and i would recommend using them
