Customer Testimonials

We had an absolutely fantastic time!

Good Morning Kim,

Yes we are all safely home now, and the trip is just a memory, but a very very good memory. We had an absolutely fantastic time and couldn't fault it. We were so impressed with Vivu, the service given and the excellent quality of the drivers and the guides. Everything went absolutely according to your excellent planning, we were only disappointed that we didn't get to meet you in person.

I was very surprised also when Thang bought a lovely big birthday cake for me - that was such a lovely thing to do, and was very much appreciated.

The weather was great, only one day of rain in Sapa, and the accommodaton was outstanding.

We would like to provide you with more detailed feedback on the whole trip and the people we met with Vivu, so I will send that on to you in the next week or so, together with some photos. I think we must have taken at least 2,000 photos between us.

Many thanks Kim, we will be recommending you and your company to all our friends. There seems to be a lot of people from New Zealand going to Vietnam for their holidays.

Kind regards,
Sue Holst
