“Wonderful Vietnam trip with excellent service!”

Just returned from a 15 day Vietnam trip organised with the help of Kim Dung. Took a while to settle on our itinerary but Kim's email responses were very prompt and made excellent suggestions.

We had excellent private guides and drivers in Hanoi, Halong Bay, HCM, and Hue/Hoi An and the excursions were all first class and tailored to us.

I would normally organise a trip like this myself but the price quoted by Vivu was very competitive, especially compared to UK agencies, with a deposit paid on booking and balance on arrival. One suggestion would be to take an additional debit/credit card for payment as for some reason our first card was nor accepted by their pay machine although it subsequently worked just fine later in Hanoi that day!

We did have a small problem In HCM and as we didn't have our local guide's contact details I emailed Kim one evening to see if she could help. I soon realised a few minutes later that it was Saturday evening and she was probably out partying somewhere but no, with a few minutes emailed me back to say she was on the case and later that night emailed me back with updates, definitely a star!

Would have no hesitation recommending them and will use again if we visit in the future.
