For reservations (Tour booking), we will need your full name on passport, flight number and arrival flight/airline for booking the hotels, domestic flights, train, cruise or to arrange your Vietnam visa.

Confirmation
Upon receipt of your booking, our reservations team will confirm or reconfirm your booking as soon as possible by email or phone. In case of unavailability of any requested service such as hotel/ flight/train ... we will confirm alternative ones which are at the same quality and price. (If you are not happy with the changes, we will revise your tour itinerary until you agree). Your booking is considered "confirmed" when we receive your acknowledgement.
