The owner of Co Ngu restaurant is an innovative and ambitious person, who wants to construct the most luxurious restaurant in Halong. It is situated in the best location (in the center of the downtown, just a few minutes of walking from the deluxe hotels and Bai Chay beach). This restaurant is designed rather similar to a genteel Vietnamese palace in Hue, with impressive wooden style and amazing front garden.
